비영리 종교단체에 성직자 혹은 종교적 직업에 Full-time 으로 일을 하려는 자로 해당 종교단체에 2년 이상 소속되어 있으며 2년 이상의 경력이 있어야 함.
* 성직자 (Minister) 가 아닌 종교적 직업 (Non-minister religious worker)의 종교이민 프로그램의 경우 한시적으로 연장되어 운영
